When it comes to community management, I've had my fair share of property managers.  However, Next Step really takes "managing" to a whole new level! Let me address the elephant in the room first!  NO ONE likes changing managers.  It's a pain in the ....  As my property's HOA President, it was my job to interview and work directly with a new management company. If you're like I was:  Unhappy with the manager you have now; MAKE THE SWITCH!  You'll be happy you did. The team at Next Step came in, assessed our property, was transparent up front on costs, and made the transition from our previous manager very smooth!  And that wasn't an easy task, believe me! Gladys is our assigned manager, and she takes her job very seriously.  There's no excuses, just great work!  If she promises something will get done by a certain date, it's DONE!  And the best part?  She actually WALKS the property, and informs the Board of any items we may have missed.  In addition to Gladys, the whole team is incredible to work with.  They really ARE your partner in managing your property!
