The Next Step team had an amazing time at the CACM NorCal Law Seminar! We are proud to support and participate in CACM events, connecting with industry leaders and staying ahead of laws and key topics in community management.

We were also proud to have our very own Adriana debut as a session speaker alongside Charlotte Allen – Socher Insurance and Colin McCarthy – Angius & Terry LLP for the “Uneasy Waters of Insurance” session, sharing valuable insights with managers and industry professionals.
Another announcement would be our newest CACM (Certified Association Community Manager) – Brandie Serles.
